Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your tutoring session, sign in to your account and select “reschedule” in your bookings tab. Then find a better date that works for you to update your schedule. You will be able to reschedule up to 2 hours prior to your session. If you do not reschedule in that time period, you will need to contact me via phone call/text to update your schedule. This will result in a $10 late rescheduling charge that must be paid before attending your next session. *In the event of a medical emergency, some instances will have the late rescheduling charge waived.* Cancellation Policy If you would like to cancel your session/package, you have up to 48 hours from your next scheduled session to successfully cancel by calling/texting me. Any unused sessions will be refunded. Failure to cancel 48 hours before your session will be labeled as a “no-show”. There will not be refunds provided for no shows/late arrivals.
